Only 40 percent in U.S. are HIV-tested, study finds (Reuters)

Reuters - U.S. efforts to test nearly everyone for the AIDS virus have stalled and just 40 percent of adults in the country have ever been tested for the fatal and incurable virus, according to a government report on Thursday.
